Associated factors with the use of contraceptive Pills among others, the level of age, education, work, parity, knowledge, and culture. The purpose of this research is to find whether there is a the relationship between age and parity mother’s with the use of contraceptives in the Pills In Clinic Budi Mulia Medika Palembang in 2014. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age and parity mother’s with the use of contraceptive Pills in Clinical Budi Mulia Medika Palembang in 2014. Survey research design was Cross Sectional analytic approach in which the independent variables (age and parity mother’s) and the dependent variable (Pill Contraceptive Use) collected at the same time. The study population was all active acceptors which visit in Clinical Budi Mulia Medika Palembang in 2014 at the purpose of this study, and taken by Accidental Sampling with a sample of 33 respondents. Results Univariate analysis showed contraceptive Pills acceptors with the 33 respondents (37.5%) is smaller than the 55 respondents not (62.5%), old age is an respondents with an 11 respondents (12.5%) is smaller than the respondents with young age 77 respondents (87.5%) and respondents with high parity is 13 respondents (14.8%), smaller than the respondents to lower that parity 75 respondents (85.2%). From the test results obtained chi square statistic There is a relationship between age mother’s with Pills contraceptive use, with p Value = 0.017 and There is a relationship between parity mother’s with Pills contraceptive use, with p Value = 0,014. From the research results, the researchers suggest early education efforts to maternal health and pregnancy and improve the quality of health services in order to increase the use of family planning Pills. ABSTRAK Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), Keluarga Berencana (KB) adalah tindakan yang membantu individu atau pasangan suami istri untuk mendapatkan objek-objek tertentu. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemakaian alat kontrasepsi pil antara lain umur, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, pengetahuan, dan budaya. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian adalah apakah ada hubungan antara umur dan paritas ibu dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi pil Di Klinik Budi Mulia Medika Palembang Tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah DiketahuinyaHubungan antara Umur dan Paritas Ibu dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi Pil di Klinik Budi Mulia Medika Palembang Tahun 2014. Desain penelitian ini adalah Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dimana variabel independen (umur dan paritas ibu) maupun variabel dependen (Pemakaian Kontrasepsi Pil) dikumpulkan dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua akseptor KB yang datang berkunjung ke Klinik Budi Mulia Medika Palembang Tahun 2014 pada saat penelitian dilakukan, dan diambil secara Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan responden dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi Pil yaitu 33responden (37,5%) lebih kecil dibandingkan tidak yaitu 55responden (62,5%),responden dengan umur tua yaitu 11 responden (12,5%) lebih kecil dibandingkan responden dengan umur muda yaitu 77 responden (87,5%) dan responden dengan paritas tinggi yaitu 13 responden (14,8%), lebih kecil dibandingkan responden dengan paritas rendah yaitu 75 responden (85,2%). Dari hasil uji statistik Chi square didapatkan Ada hubungan antara umur ibu dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi Pil, dengan p value = 0,017 dan Ada hubungan antara paritas ibu dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi Pil, dengan p value = 0,014. Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan upaya-upaya penyuluhan dini kesehatan dan kehamilan kepada ibu dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan guna meningkatkan pemakaian Kontrasepsi Pil. ER -
